Description:
Hand painted picture of Mr. Carl Moeller, early Fire Chief of Peoria. Born July 26, 1841 in Germany and died September 1901. He was a meat cutter by trade. In 1860 he owned his own meat shop at Warner and Lincoln. Joined Number 4 Volunteer Fire Fighters in 1862.
