The
Peoria Historical Society maintains a program to identify
and honor central Illinois business, professional, and
community organizations with a 100-year record of
uninterrupted operation. The honorees include
for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, political
entities, partnerships, corporations and branches of similar
organizations with headquarters elsewhere but which have
maintained uninterrupted operations in the Peoria are for at
least 100 years.
The purpose of the Centenarian program
is to recognize the strength and durability of the people of
Peoria and the enterprises in which they have engaged as
employers and employees and thus have contributed to the
growth and stature of the city and service to its citizens.
We congratulate the following Peoria Historical Society
