Two keyhole shaped holes top center and top right, rectangular shape center left; two small hole bottom center Label says "picked up by S. Pulsifer upon battlefield of Gettysburg near (?) over which the Louisiana (?) charged upon (?) artillery stationed (?) upon Cemetery Ridge.
