Hooped Crinoline

Hooped underskirt; four hoops covered by synthetic netting; ribbon tie at waistline; label reads "Hoops! My Dear, I&M Company 397." This set of hoops is mounted on a net foundation. The hoops appear to be made of a heavy plastic. These hoops are modern adaptations of the original cage crinoline.
